How I Work
My approach is humanistic and integrative; my theoretical training is in Transactional Analysis. ‘Transactional analysis is a theory of personality and a systematic psychotherapy for personal growth and personal change.’ (From the International Transactional Analysis Association).
I have a certificate in Counselling Skills from WPF and a Diploma in Counselling using Transactional Analysis from the Metanoia Institute London. I also have a Bachelor of Social Science (Joint Hons) degree a PGCE and MA from the University of London gained during my previous work in education.
Making Contact
The first meeting we have will be a fifty minute assessment session to discuss your needs and to decide whether we will work together.
